Q  Is your shopping system secure?

-You can rest assured that as long as you see https:// in the address bar, your details will be transmitted securely.

-Anyone caught using a fraudulent credit card number will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law and full IP tracing systems are in use to reveal the identity of that person.


Q  What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit & debit cards (excepting Visa Electron), cheques, postal orders, bank transfers and of course cash if collecting in person.


Q  How do I order more than one type of product?
A

Our shopping system will allow you to choose multiples of one unit or you can also purchase mixed units. You can of course call us on 0161 456 3000 if you are having any difficulties.


Q  How much is postage?
 How long should I expect to wait for my product to arrive?
A

UK delivery is generally next day for mainland UK and we use the City Link service. This cost at the moment is £6 inc. vat. For Europe (inc NI) and other destinations we may use FEDEX or UPS and prices may vary from £15 - £60 depending on weight and distance to travel.


Q  What happens if the item I received is faulty / dead on arrival?
A

All our items are guaranteed. In the first instance either call us or email us. We will do our best to rectify the problem. We always recommend that if you have any problems or concerns, you contact us direct. In some cases, where it may be more efficient to contact the manufacturer direct, we will give you their number. We advise that you check your delivery for damages before you sign for it. Once signed for it in effect means you are happy with the products condition.
Our primary concern is your satisfaction!


Q  Can I come and see the products in action?
 Can I pick up an item directly instead of waiting for postage?

Q  I paid by credit card but don't see your name on my statement!
A

The name on your credit card statement will appear as "Intranetics Ltd" - this is the holding company
